Food

I’ve been cooking with my Italian Grandmothers since I can remember. But becoming a vegetarian at 11 years old, I had to learn to cook for myself or be doomed to a life of cheese sandwiches.

Posts here are based on my everyday cooking. I love looking for new techniques to use in the kitchen and I explore just about every cuisine. You’ll also find a wide array of cocktails, as I’ve bartended for a few years now and think drink-making at home should be just as easy as in a fully-stocked bar.
